Refunds for:

5. Product Discontinuation
If we discontinue SmartDealMind:
- 30-day notice
- Prorated refund for unused time
- Data export tools provided
6. Non-Refundable
No refunds for:
- Change of mind (after 30 days)
- Not using Services
- Lack of results
- User error
- Third-party issues (BFMR outages, etc.)
- Terms violations
- Chargebacks (account suspended)
- Annual plans (after 30 days)
7. Chargebacks
Before filing chargeback:

- Most issues resolved within 48 hours
Chargebacks result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Permanent ban
- Legal fees may be pursued
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds:
- Processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunded to original payment method
- May take 5-7 additional days (bank processing)
